From the sunny slopes of Carcassonne in the deep south of France comes this fine blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. Vinified with minimum intervention, it delivers ripe, red berry nose and Mediterranean scents of thyme, lavender and rosemary. Refined with smooth tannins, it makes a great match to roasted chicken dishes or if feeling inspired, try with a local dish; Cassoulet.
