Natalie's Review

Le Arche Amarone Della Valpolicella 2007, D.O.C., Veneto, Italy: Vintages Wine Panel: Amarone continues to raise the bar of its worldwide popularity! This Amarone is filled with plum, chocolate, and raisiny spice, with a hint of tobacco. It’s a soft, round red with good structure and length. You can enjoy this fantastic style of wine with a wide variety of foods. My note: A big honkin’ wine for those who love the full-bodied palate wallop! Big black berries and fruit, smoke, spice and dark liqueur. This is a heart of darkness wine that’s deeply satisfying and intriguing. Drink: 2010-2020. 95836 15% D 750 mL  $34.95 Score: 91/100.
