That was an amazing find!
The grapes are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté.
Vintage-dated Crémant de Bourgogne is relatively rare in our market.
Dry, very fresh and balanced. Nice citrus acidity, orange, apple,little bit of minerality with nutty dough. Very flavorful, with gentle mousse, small, long lived straight bubbles. Nice citrusy finish.
