Château Rousseau De Sipian 2006, A.C., Médoc, Bordeaux, France: Rustic and oaky with black fruit and smoke. Full-bodied; and in need of 2 hours+ decanting. Winner of a Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2009. Decanted, it will pair well with a rare roast beef and root vegetables.
