A lovely, aromatic BC white wine blend of Gewurztraminer, Ehrenfelser and Riesling grapes. White florals, apple blossom and peach aromas. Pair with mild to medium curries.

This is a great bargain for a tasty aromatic white. I like it when new world regions experiment with non-traditional grape varietals. This wine has a touch of residual sugar (maybe in the vicinity of 10-15 g/l), but it remains in balance with the refeshing acids and depth it gets from the blend.
Pale straw colour.
Powdered sugar, pineapple, peach, and golden apple on the nose. True to its components, it jumps out at you.
Orchard fruit, candied ginger, lemon, and pear on the palate.
Ehrenfelser is a Riesling×Sylvaner cross that reflects aromas and flavours similar to both it's parents, but has a less crystalline structure than Riesling and less vegetative aromas than Sylvaner. It's soft and approachable, wjen compared to its parents. Pair this blend with ginger shrimp.

A mouth-watering blend of Gew/Riesling and Ehrenfelser, Silver Lining Estate White opens up with aromas of honeysuckle, peach, pear and melon. Flavours of baked apple pie and Asian pear give way to a zippy lemon-lime soda finish.
