Lime citrus and grassy notes in this vibrant, wake-up your senses sauvignon blanc. Crisp, clean and refreshing, very food-friendly. This wine offers classic cool climate Marlborough region notes of gooseberry and herbs, with white peach on the finish. Great aperitif whether you're in a thatched hut or semi-detached.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: citrus-grilled sea bass, chicken salad, pork tenderloin, linguine, salad.

Anne reviewed this wine as follows:

Light and refreshing
Intensely aromatic with tons of herbal/grassy notes and a great whack of pineapple, melon and fresh asparagus on the nose. Ripe and round with awesome bright fruit flavours. The finish is tangy and long. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Aug. 2013

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
