Natalie's Score: 91/100

A mouth-watering, terrifically refreshing Pinot Grigio with lively notes of lime, green apple and lemon zest. Medium-bodied with a clean finish that leaves you wanting a top up. Perfect as an aperitif on the deck or dock, or pair it with a variety of dishes including grilled veggies and seafood. Yum!

Pinot Grigio food pairings: seafood, especially salmon, white meats, roast chicken.

While we were aiming for a more Italian reflection of this beguiling varietal, we tried to also capture its fruitiness and some texture along with the lively, zesty nature of its natural acidity. Produced with not so much as a whiff of oak, this can be a delightful alternative to chardonnay and with its inherent fruitiness, a great substitute for sauvignon blanc.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
