Clean and crisp with lemon and grapefruit notes, no heavy oak. The Friuli region in northern Italy is known for its crisp, zippy pinot grigio. This medium-bodied one has a spring fresh finish with some notes of white pear. Dry and satisfying!

Pinot Grigio food pairings: pan-fried freshwater fish, salads, frittata, basil pesto, herbed chicken breast.

Very aromatic for Pinot Grigio, with lively aromas of grapefruit pulp, freshly cut lemon and honeydew melon. Tangy and refreshing with a bright acidity driving the flavours home. Crisp fruit and a sharp minerality through to the end of the finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, May 2013
