Vintages Wine Panel: Tavel, especially from talented producers such as Perrin, produces some of the richest, yet driest, rosés on the market. They work beautifully as sippers and are quite adaptable to a variety of foods. The Perrin 2010 is a lovely blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsaut. My note : Another terrific rose from Perrin in Tavel. You can’t go wrong with that winery name and this region. Lovely aromas of black raspberries and rosés.

Grenache Mourvèdre food pairings: grilled chicken, seafood salads, bouillabaisse, pork tenderloin, grilled lamb chops.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
