|New Zealand is starting to specialize in Pinot Gris in a big way, leaning more towards the full-fruited Alsatian interpretation of the grape than the more subtle Pinot Grigios of Italy. This one shows expressive floral notes surrounded by peach, pear and tangerine, along with a touch of minerality. Good weight on the palate, with a kiss of sweetness to the fruit before the vibrant acidity rushes in to add crispness. Source: Vintages Wine Panel|
