Vouvray food pairings: grilled jumbo prawns with pesto and pasta.

Carol Lee McInnis rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Excellent wine for price
Vouvray is, arguably, the best place in the world for growing Chenin Blanc – the grape here. Youthful aromas of peach, wet wool and mineral. Ripe, and off-dry at first, then it immediately freshens up featuring a great interplay between acidity and fruit. Medium bodied with a long, refreshing finish. It will reward 3-5 years in a cellar.
