Vintages Wine Panel: A very generous nose offering up rich notes of lime, pea pods, grass, citrus, green pepper and seemingly limitless tropical fruit notes. The palate is lively and flavourful, with gooseberry, kiwi, lemon zest, and grassy notes, along with some sweet citrus on the finish. A very fine example of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from a solid producer, for an excellent price. My note: One of my favourite Sauvignon Blancs, and it’s incredibly well priced. Herbal and zippy but not too grassy. Terrific acidity for food. Love it!

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: sea bass in a citrus sauce, pan seared chicken with a creamy tarragon sauce.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
