A vibrant, floral, lovely blend of riesling and gewurztraminer grapes. Lychee, rose petal and lime blossom. Fantastic for this price!

Food pairings: spicy Asian cuisine, creamy pasta dishes or risotto. It can also be perfectly delicious on it's own..

Sharon Cunningham rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a great, easy drinking fun wine! The mouth feel is almost sparkling! It's a fantastick blend of riesling and gewurztraminer grapes. It is crisp and light but with enough body to make you think about the wine as you are enjoying it! I love to serve this wine as an appertif or as an after dinner wine to relax and chat with friends. The citrus and floral notes are light, refreshing and satisfying.
Anna Bazzo rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Jackson Triggs Reserve Series Crisp & Lively is an easy drinking, medium-bodied white wine with fruit-forward flavours. This wine is refreshing when properly chilled and perfect for patio drinks on a warm summers day. Crisp & Lively has citrus and tropical notes, with a floral aroma. It is not overly sweet, which makes the wine perfect for sipping.
The 2011 Crisp and Lively White is fresh and juicy, with hints of lime and rose
petal on the nose, and on the palate displays flavours of sweet lychee fruit and
lemon zest. The ideal balance of acidity and sugar make this the perfect all round summer sipper. Enjoy on the patio!

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
