The Brae Blanc name reflects Inniskillin's history in Niagara on the Lake; the Inniskillin winery resides on the Brae Burn Estate with the historic barn profiled on the label being called the Brae Burn Barn. Brae Burn is Gaelic for "hill stream" reflecting the Niagara Escarpment as the "hill" and the Niagara River as the "stream". A blend of Gerwurztraminer, Riesling and Chardonnay. Lovely floral and lychee notes. Quite exotic and aromatic with ripe peach, apricot and honeysuckle. Medium bodied. Available from the winery.

Brae Blanc Reserve Series food pairings: spicy Asian dishes, Caribbean dishes, Mexican cuisine, seafood, shellfish, curries.
