|23 Camels is a blend of 50% Pinot Gris, 35% Chardonnay, and 15% Riesling. About 43% of the grapes came from our vineyard in Lillooet, the remainder were sourced from two vineyards on Black Sage Bench. This blend was creat-ed to be enjoyed on its own, yet have the depth to accompany lunch, dinner and friends.|
With a light straw color, the nose opens with an abundance of citrus, including mandarin peel, lemon zest and grape-fruit. On the palate nice juicy texture with tones of mineral, while it finishes with some sweet apple flavours.
