Featherstone 2020 Sauvignon Blanc is a mouth-watering and lip-smacking SB, light and bright with citrus blossom, gooseberry, grapefruit and zesty lime flavours on the palate. Produced by Winemaker, David Johnson, named Winemaker of the Year at the 2019 Ontario Wine Awards. Chill and enjoy with scallop ceviche or green salads topped with chilled fresh steamed shrimp. A portion of the grapes were barrel fermented in neutral Canadian oak barrels. - Community Wine Reviews
