From the cool climate Casablanca Valley, Echeverria Gran Reserva Pinot Noir is fragrant with aromas of smoky cherry, dark chocolate and sweet spice on the nose. Soft and elegant with sour cherry, sweet spice, underbrush and dark chocolate flavours on the palate. Produced from hand-picked grapes from vineyards on the outskirts of Molina in the Casablanca Valley. Vegan-friendly. Pair with Butternut squash risotto.

Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A good value Pinot Noir from Casablanca Valley, Chile, pouring medium garnet. Strawberry, herbs and spice aromas with a dry, higher acidic finish. Serve with savoury beef dishes or BBQ.
Love this savvy and sophisticated Chilean Pinot Noir. Medium-bodied with aromas of sour cherry, sweet spice, dark chocolate and smoky on the nose. Fresh and juicy with vibrant acidity for food. Tannins are chewy, pair with grilled meats. The Pinot Noir grapes for this vintage were hand-harvested and fermented using vegan-friendly winemaking practices. - Community Wine Reviews
