Just smelling this wine made my mouth water! Gorgeous aromas and flavours of lime, lemongrass, tart white peach and a laser pure focus and purity. No oak. Superb aperitif or food companion. Like chardonnay? Try this one.
Chardonnay food pairings: poached salmon, seafood risotto, sushi, sashimi, good-quality goat cheeses.
Scrumptious Seafood Wine

Reviews and Ratings
|Trevor Sabourin - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:|
This Chablis is pure, refined, and perfectly balanced. Subtle bouquet of green apple, white peach, pineapple, lemon zest, white flowers, with hints of almond, chalky minerals, lees, and a bit of butter. The contrast of sweet and tart fruits continues on the palate, with a background of fresh cream, almond, and biscuit. Medium bodied, with medium high acidity. This wine's most outstanding feature is its lovely, silken texture. Finishes long with green apple, peach, white flowers, cream, and almond. Tasted Dec. 2015.
