Just smelling this wine made my mouth water! Gorgeous aromas and flavours of lime, lemongrass, tart white peach and a laser pure focus and purity. No oak. Superb aperitif or food companion. Like chardonnay? Try this one.

Chardonnay food pairings: poached salmon, seafood risotto, sushi, sashimi, good-quality goat cheeses.

This is fruit-focused Chablis. Hazy medium yellow-green. Lime, licorice and menthol on the nose. Enters the mouth sweet, but harmonious balancing acidity enlivens the dense white nectarine flavor and accentuates an impression of floral perfume. Ripe, elegant village wine with a juicy, tactile, fruit-filled finish. Score: 88-90 Source: Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar
