Classic Chilean Sauvignon Blanc with refreshing herbal and grassy aromas. Terrific mouth-watering acidity for food, from shellfish to vegetarian dishes. Clean and crisp. The Trio in this wine's name is for the three valleys where the grapes for this sauvignon blanc are grown: north in Casablanca and Limarí, and central in the Rapel Valley. Racy and vibrant: drink it while watching action-thriller movies.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: chicken, pork tenderloin, pasta, soup, salad.

Most of this Trio comes from the Ucuquer area, but grapes were also sourced from vineyards in the Casablanca and Leyda regions; all coastal vineyards that produce very juicy wines with a touch of salinity, but the especially sharp acidity balances everything and offsets the creamy texture, making this a very drinkable wine. Score: 91. Source: Patricio Tapia, Descorchados Wine Guide, 2013
