A gorgeous elixir of apricots, honeysuckle and peach perserves. Lovely balance and extraordinary length and persistence of flavours. Treat yourself to this wine soon.

Vidal Icewine food pairings: creme brulee or mix with vodka for a decadent martini.

Reviews and Ratings

Jason Solanki rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Tasted 2008 version. Icewine goodness from the cork - apricot, honey aromas. Peach and honey aromas from the glass. Syrupy mouthfeel with notes of peach, burnt honey, apricot and red apple. Absolutely delicious! If you've never tried an Icewine or are craving some, this is one that will fulfill your taste buds and won't hurt your wallet too much! Tasted Dec/2011.
Our Vidal Icewine is stainless steel fermented and aged to preserve the exuberant fruit and floral notes.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
