|This Rosé is what we like to call an "Acoustic Pinot Noir". After cold-soaking the grapes on skins for 5-7 days, we remove a portion of the juice to make our Rosé. We follow that up with a long, cool fermentation and then bottle a little earlier than most might to really showcase the purity of our estate-grown grapes. This Rosé is a blend of all our estate Pinot Noir blocks - nine in total.|
We smell strawberries and we taste more strawberries and a great natural acidity.
