From the Annapolis Valley wine region in Nova Scotia, Blomidon Sparkling Cuvée L'acadie is made in the traditional method from 100% estate grown L'acadie. A dry, tasty and expressive bubble with a fine, flavoursome mousse of bright apple, hay, citrus zest and butternut flavours toasty and vibrant on the palate. About 70% of the wine came from the 2017 with 2016 vintage with a dollop from the 2015 vintage. Dosage was 6 g/L. and the wine was disgorged in March 2020. Chill and enjoy with creamy cheeses and seafood dishes.
