Incredibly mouth-watering, with great acidity to complement many dishes. Notes of white peach, tart limes. Cries out for food!

Pinot Grigio food pairings: halibut, fresh scallops, summer salads.

The 2009 Pinot Grigio was picked in early October and shows good phenolic ripeness. The wine was fermented in stainless steel using two different yeasts. It is pale straw in colour with green highlights. The nose has intense aromas of stone fruit and melon with hints of granny smith apples. The palate entry shows strong fruit flavours with tropical fruit and citrus dominating the middle palate. Look for a long, complex and satisfying finish.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
