From the Montilla Moriles wine region, Pedro Ximenez De Añada Alvear 2018 (375 ml) is a sweet, rich dessert wine produced from 100% Pedro Ximénez. Enticing with dried fruits, fig, raisins, dried stone fruit, candied citrus, nut, vanilla, lemon custard and toffee flavours, sweet, rich and vibrant on the palate. Produced from grapes that were harvested early to retain their acidity, the grapes were then sundried until raisined (about 24 months) and pressed into amphora where they were vinified. Rich and decadent for sure. Drink or hold to 2030.
