Saab Vine Dining 2008 will be held June 22 from 1 pm - 5 pm at Vineland Estates Winery in Vineland , Ontario. Theatre Aquarius, Hamilton’s Regional Professional Theatre, is celebrating the 16th anniversary of its annual fundraiser, Saab Vine Dining which has sold out every year for the past nine years. Saab Vine Dining is an unsurpassed gourmet feast and strolling picnic that takes guests though the picturesque vineyard and woods at Vineland Estates Winery. Leading chefs and caterers set up kitchens along the route and are interspersed among wineries who offer samples of their best wines, many not available at the LCBO. Cooking Classes at the Urban Element will be offered this fall at 424 Parkdale Avenue in Ottawa, Ontario. The Urban Element offers a variety of dynamic hands-on and demonstration style cooking and wine classes each month, available to the general public and taught by the city's leading chefs and culinary experts. All classes highlight organic, local and regional produce and change every four months with the seasons. Topics this fall include comfort foods, Asian tapas, Thanksgiving turkey, vegetarian dishes, pastry and bread, mushrooms, knife skills, and wines of Italy and Spain, among others. Shores of Erie International Wine Festival will be held September 06 at 2pm at Amherstburg, ON /Fort Malden National HIstoric Site of Canada in Amherstburg, ON. ZinFest Wine Festival will be held from May 17 to May 18 from 12 noon to 7 pm at Lodi Lake in Lodi, CA. ZinFest features 50 Lodi wineries, food, live music, artisen crafters, plus other activities. International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event will be held from May 19 to May 20 from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. The new Trade-Only, International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event is the first forum focusing exclusively on restaurant and hospitality beverage alcohol sales.
