Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: The Rapel Valley has a reputation for producing fine Syrah, and from this solid base Emiliana creates a delightful and approachable rosé. Dry, well structured, with plenty of red-fruit aromas and flavours, and a racy acidity. Enjoy as a sipper. There is free sulphur of only 14 mg/l in this wine. My note: This organic rose I full-bodied, fruit-forward and a vibrant New World style. Bursting with rip raspberries and cranberries. Bring it on! Food matches: cold chicken salads.
