Kadesh Barnea Winery was founded by Nira Alon Zadok in 2000 in the family agricultural plot Kadesh Barnea (Chinese buds) at the Negev and Sinai region near the border Nitzana.

The winery is a boutique winery, this definition came to describe a family winery which produce no more than 100,000 bottles.

Its present form winery produces about 50,000 bottles when, every bottle gets the most love and care and attention. The winery produces primarily red wines and grape growing family vineyard.

The winery is a covered structure that contains the best wine technology, and become a pressing fermentation processes, then, the process of aging in barrels of French and American oak. The wine stays in barrels for a period of 10-18 months to give time to mellow and mature wine. This is a key time in the wine its character, its unique aroma.
