Champagne Fresne Ducret is an artisanal independent champagne producer owned and operated by the Fresne family. With 6 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards predominantly in the picturesque village of Ville-Dommange, winemaker Pierre Fresne crafts a range of exceptional cuvées, including non-vintages, vintages, and small-batch limited editions. Their belief that the land off of which they live must be respected in order for it to produce the best grapes possible and to maintain its condition for future generations has driven a number of changes in the way they produce their grapes and their wines; organic conversion at Fresne Ducret began in 2018, and was preceded by several years of sustainable viticulture.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
