Rich and bone-dry with bright acidity, it is a 50% Cinsault, 25% Grenache and 25% Mourvèdre rosé wine blend. Look for fresh raspberry, strawberry, dried herb and spicy flavours on the palate. Pair with grilled salmon steaks. MINE: From a well-known producer famous for their Tavel wines. Pretty salmon colour in the glass, the rosé is bone dry, fragrant with pink florals, spice and fresh herb aromas on the nose. Bright and zesty with cherry, raspberry, pink grapefruit zest and light savoury herb flavours on the palate. Vibrant on the finish and easy to enjoy.
