A crisp, fresh, and floral unoaked, food-friendly Chardonnay, Chablis in style and perfect for shellfish and seafood dishes. Bright with crisp green apple, lime zest and leesy aromas on the nose with same on the palate finishing long and mouth-watering. Pair with all things seafood.

Chardonnay food pairings: pan fired scallops, spinach and pepper jack stuffed chicken, pork tenderloin, toasted ravioli served with Alfredo sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lillias is an unoaked light Chardonnay from Westcott Vineyards. Aromas of pears white blossoms and wet stones. Flavours complement this with yellow apple and delicate white pepper heat into the back followed by clean, dry tropical fruit on the light body and finish. Mouthwateringly fresh with medium plus acidity. Try with calamari and herbed fish dishes. Enjoy!
