A zesty Côtes De Provence Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah rosé blend produced by Gassier. Bright on the nose with red berry, strawberry, dried herb and cracked pepper spice flavours juicy and savoury on the palate. Pair with lemon and herbed chicken breasts from the grill.

Rosé food pairings: grilled goose breast in cherry wine sauce, duck breasts with bacon and onions, grilled chicken breasts Dijonais.

Reviews and Ratings

Perry rated this wine as 90/100
The Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah wine grapes for Sables D'azur 2019 rosé were sourced from Sables d'Azur from the interior Valley of Provence and Sainte Victoire Terroir. These vineyards benefit from the mild winters, early spring, moderate summers and an abundance of sunshine. This is a dry, crisp rosé with wild strawberry, savoury herb and citrus zest flavours on the palate with a lingering spicy finish. Enjoy with grilled chicken breast paninis. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
