A full-bodied, concentrated and complex Australian red wine with rich black fruit flavours and made from the country's classic Shiraz grape. This winery has a long history in winemaking. This wine unfolds on the palate with terrific replays of dark fruit and spice. Long finish. Decant 2 hours. Pair with roast beef.

Rich dark fruit on the nose with a lovely unfolding of more complex layers and flavors on the palate - blackberry, plum, coconut, cassis, and mint - generous and lingering dark fruit finish.

There's a lot of concentration here, but it is pretty approachable, in general. It's ripe, but not overripe (lots of juiciness to the fruit) and it incorporates its components (tannin, acid, alcohol) really well.
The colour is deep ruby.
Aromas of cassis, currant, clove, incense, apple skin, and graphite.
Approachable upfront fruit. On the palate it is still super juicy. It's absolutely not firm or intense. Full on, but easy to enjoy. Not really a tremendous amount of spice to them. Chocolate and charcoal.
Put this with lamb kabobs, with lots of mushrooms.

Two Hands Lily's Garden (2015) is a cool-climate, full-bodied and concentrated Shiraz from the McLaren Vale in South Australia.
