Tomich Hill's Hilltop Pinot Noir comes from high-altitude, cool-climate vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, and you can taste it in the wine's lift. Red berry and dark cherry notes carry the nose, joined early by an earthy truffle whisper rather than saving it for the back end. The texture stays fine-boned and elegant rather than heavy-handed. It's a wine that rewards a little attention rather than background sipping. Grilled lamb, stuffed mushrooms or a creamy mushroom risotto would all pair well.

Pinot Noir food pairings: grilled lamb, grilled stuffed mushrooms, mushroom risotto.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
