Tawse's Grower's Blend Riesling from Niagara Peninsula is an expressive, medium-bodied white wine offering notes of tangerine, Granny Smith apple, yellow peach and lime zest. This off-dry wine displays vibrant character and gentle sweetness that will continue to develop over the next six years. Serve it chilled with baby greens salad as the wine's crisp profile complements the fresh vegetables, or pair it with pork tenderloin where the wine's lengthy, concentrated finish balances the tender meat. Winemaker Paul Pender crafts this reliably great-value wine with iris aromatics, toasted almond, dried fig and smoke complexity alongside clean, zingy acidity and stony notes on the palate. The Riesling grapes are mostly sourced from Tawse's Limestone Ridge site, giving the wine its distinct minerality and terroir expression. This zesty, food-friendly Riesling over-delivers and will drink beautifully through 2032.
