San Felice Vermentino Tuscany I.G.T. is a light, extra-dry white from San Felice's estate in Castelnuovo Berardenga in Chianti Classico, where Vermentino thrives in the warm Tuscan sun. Fermented in stainless steel to lock in freshness, it opens with spring blossoms and freshly mown hay, with zesty citrus on a wave of bright acidity and a subtle mineral thread on the finish. Serve it well chilled and drink it through 2027. Head winemaker Francesca Giuggioli leads winemaking at San Felice, one of Tuscany's most historically significant estates. The winery has a particularly bold claim to fame: its Vigorello, first produced in the late 1960s, is widely regarded as the first Super Tuscan, predating the category that would go on to reshape Italian wine entirely.

Vermentino food pairings: grilled sea bass with lemon and capers, green salad with goat cheese and toasted pine nuts, grilled calamari with herbs and olive oil.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
