A terrific, zesty Niagara-on-the-Lake sparkling wine with aromas of white peach and freshly baked bread. Pair with seafood and shellfish.

Sparkling Brut food pairings: smoked fish, creamy cheeses, grilled chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A beautifully crisp and aromatic sparkler. This 2018 vintage showed a vibrant flavour and aroma profile evocative of honeyed white peach and green apple framed with biscuit notes and stoney minerality. Expect to encounter a steady stream of smooth bubbles, too. Enjoy.

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Made from Vidal grapes, this elegant sparkling wine shows medium fluffy bubbles with floral aromas including white lilies and apple blossoms with asian pear and honeydew following closely behind. Fruit driven on the palate with dry citrus, apple, and a stony crisp finish. Try this with a cheese plate and a smoked salmon starter. Cheers! - Tasted May 2020
