Savoury, cedary and chewy with satisfying aromas and flavours of black cherry and forest floor. Full-bodied and smooth, though decant for an hour for maximum pleasure. This is a tremendous value for wine of this quality: perfect for parties and potluck gatherings.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Entirely different from the 2010 (no surprise), this wine shows more of its underlying Syrah, with a white pepper core laced with violets, cherry, raspberry, and a hint of garrigue. Cooler year, cooler flavours. Grenache stays high-toned. Great with food. 88 Points. (ottawawinejournal.com)

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
