Colli Vicentini Juliet Prosecco Rosé, Veneto, Italy is a vibrant, refreshing, medium-bodied sparkling rosé with inviting aromas of field strawberries, wild strawberry, raspberry and citrus blossom, supported by delicate floral notes. The palate is light-bodied, dry and crisp, with fine bubbles and lively acidity that carry bright red fruit through to a clean, joyful finish at around 11% alcohol. Perfect as an aperitif on its own or as a companion to seafood and grilled vegetables, this Prosecco Rosé delivers playful fruit and effervescence, ideal for celebrations or casual sipping. Fascinating fact: Prosecco Rosé is made by blending Glera with a small proportion of Pinot Nero, creating a rosé style that has become increasingly popular for its bright fruit and refreshing character. Serve well-chilled in a flute or tulip glass.

Prosecco Rosé food pairings: prosciutto and melon, fresh berry tart, grilled lemon shrimp.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Fresh and lovely rose Prosecco, with aromas of strawberry, tangerine and lemon pith. Light on the palate with zippy bubbles, just slightly off-dry on the palate, and nicely balanced berry and citrus notes on the palate, with a crisp, mineral finish. Enjoy with smoked salmon.
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Super refreshing, visually dazzling (thanks to plenty of exuberant bubble streams), and off dry, this pink Prosecco shares strawberry, citrus and bread dough notes from scents to flavours to finish.

This one's ready to chill and serve with brunch to lunch to supper.
