Very seductive Chilean red wine that pulls you head first into the glass. Made from the sexy supple Syrah grapes with savoury edge, this wine has everything.

Syrah food pairings: lamb Bolognese, grilled New York strip loin with chimichurri sauce, hamburger, braised pork shanks with white beans, hard cheese.

Wonderful full bodied red with dark fruit, olive, coffee, chocolate and spice flavors that weave into a sliky finish.

Deep ruby with an intense nose that leaps from the glass with blackberry, game, floral/herbal, espresso, smoke and spice. Medium body and nicely balanced with sweet ripe currant and cherry along toasty oak. There is a lot going on in this wine and it should have a broad appeal on its own or with savoury beef stew or venison chops. Drink now or cellar for several more years.

A deep red wine full of blackberry and earthy aromas. Smoky and blackberry taste. This wine would pair well with a Texas Beef Chili, full of warm spices of cumin, cayenne and chili.

Holy wow what an intriguing Syrah from Chile. The layers of aromas are phenomenal - stewed black berry, raspberry and ripe black cherry, new leather, coco/mocha-esque, green olives, a hint of sage and inky notes. On the palate, that stewed friut character and the coco sticks out. Smooth tannins, med+ body, luscious acidity, and a long chocolate raspberry finish. Roasted rack of lamb or pork roast would make for a pleasant food pair.

Ripe blackberry, dust, herbs, and india ink. The fvalour presents a bit fruitier than the aroma with ripe round black fruit , soft soft tannins, and a medium acidity. A very nice with for a beef stew.
