Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A medium bodied red with cherry, dried herbs, spice, and a touch of barnyard earthiness. Light, but not too light.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Light bodied, aromas of pepper and tart cherry and are most prominent. Cherry and strawberry mingle on the palate with bright acidity and light tannin. This would work well with a summer BBQ, maybe chicken and grilled veggies.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Herby, white pepper with a sweet cherry nose
Spicy cherry palate, light bodied, peppery finish

Simple roast chicken dinner
Heather Wall rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

This is a wine some might choose just for the fun bottle. The great news is the juice inside is racy and fun as well. Fresh candied cherry, strawberry, red licorice with vanilla and pepper overtones. The flavours are fleshy and ripe with just the right amount of black pepper. Zippy acidity with smooth tannins. Simple and meant to be enjoyed now.
Pair with lighter meats or patio sipping.

Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

This ruby-red coloured wine has a very fresh and fruity nose, with tints of blueberry, blackberry, and plum. A pleasant robust and joyous wine, it can be drunk young although it ages well.

Ce vin de couleur rouge rubis a un nez frais et fruité avec des teintes de bleuets, de mures et de prunes. Un vin agréablement robuste et joyeux, il peut etre bu jeune meme s’il vieillit bien.

Martha Kelly AIWS rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

From the Gamay grape, this wine is pale purple in colour with flavours strawberry, cranberry, and raspberry, cinnamon, black pepper, and black soil minerality. The soft tannins and light body carry the flavours on the long, refreshing finish, typical of this Beaujolais Cru.
Drink now, or keep until 2015.
Pair with salmon, beef or bison tartare.
Date tasted: April 2014.

Natalie's Review

Georges Duboeuf Brouilly 2012, Beaujolais, France: Terrific ripe and tart cherry aromas and flavours in this juicy, mouth-watering French red wine. Smooth, supple and medium-bodied. This is an excellent value and a wonderful light-hearted red wine for spring and summer as it'll pair well with fresh seafood and light chicken dishes.
