Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a lovely, fragrant blend of Semillon, Muscat, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Gris, with aromas of peach, golden apple and white florals. Dry on the palate with lovely balance of floral and ripe fruit notes. A slight hint of honey on the finish. Enjoy with lighter seafood dishes.
Craig Haynes rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Fresh, lean, easy sipping, with attractive aromatics is my take on the 2019 Layers White.

Crafted with four varietals, it shares lovely, fresh scents like flowers, green apple, lemon zest, and white grapefruit plus tiny doses of spice. These scents mingle nicely with this wine’s lean, tasty, and quick to leave flavours of citrus and stone fruit.

Texture wise, this creation from Australia’s feels medium bodied, dry, refreshing, with a pleasing low key tongue coating character.

The blend bill? Its Semillon, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Gris selected from multiple sites across the Adelaide wine region.

I enjoyed this with grilled chicken breast, green beans and a parsley lemony sauce.
