Redemption Bourbon and their pre-Prohibition Whiskey revival showcases the Rye-forward style of Bourbon made popular a century ago, which is particularly appreciated in today's premium Whiskey market. A mash of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Barley, aged in new American oak barrels, Redemption's Rye-forward style with its sweet and subtle spicy profile makes it a great Whiskey for sipping neat and a fantastic option for crafting epic Bourbon cocktails. As they say, Prohibition didn't end the sale of Whiskey in the South, it just renamed it to 'medicine'! Highly trying some of this 'medicine', perhaps in a Mint Julep in the summer sun, or a Whiskey Sour this Father's Day and throughout the year!
