Perry rated this wine as 90/100
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This reminds me more of a tight Gigondas than any CdR. Lots of gorgeously woven red and black briars with plum skin, herbs, graphite, loam, licorice, and boudin noir. Pair with grilled sausage or roast pork loin. 91 points. (www.ottawawinejournal.com)
Ghislain Lalonde rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A very ripe, rich, well-balanced, succulent and juicy, perfectly pitched CdR, which punches well above its price category. I love the perfectly ripe, black fruit character punctuated by wild resinous herbs; there's no wood influence evident save for the gently evolved aromatic character and polished palate - the result of gentle oxygen ingress. Very good to excellent length. Tasted July 2017. Value Rating: ***

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
