Beautiful and bright garnet with a ruby hue. A stand out wine with a strong core and a complex aromatic profile. Well structured backbone of elegant tannins with moderate alcohol and dense fruit concentration. Organic viticulture. Tasting this, it's obvious that a lot of care has gone into the vines and the wine. Deep and defined cherry, raspberry, baking spice and a layer of chalky minerality on the palate. Long finish. Taste of the 2012 vintage of reserve Pinot Noir in April 2017. Pairs well with roasted chicken or turkey, pork tenderloin. An amazing Niagara cool climate Pinot and a pleasure to experience. 94 points.

Elegant, earthy and outstanding! Aromas show complex developing notes of cherry, spice, tobacco leaf and hints of smoky minerality. The palate follows the nose with ripe black cherry and concentrated pomegranate flavours, high mouthwatering acidity, smooth mild tannins and a long scrumptious finish. Enjoy with spicy jumbalaya. Thomas Bachelder, the legendary Canadian flying winemaker, has crafted one of the finest Pinot Noirs that Canada has to offer in the Queylus Reserve du Domaine 2012. Medium ruby with an emerging garnet hue, the nose offers a beautiful bouquet of dark cherries, herbs, fine leather, spice box, Christmas-inspired pot pourri, and sweet pipe tobacco; I simply can't get enough of the beautiful aromas coming from the glass! Incredibly well balanced, the palate is elegantly textured with layers of refreshing fruit and sweet spice persisting on the finish. Domaine Queylus is one of Canada's outstanding wineries that you must try. Tasted April 2017. 93+ points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca

Ruby in colour with intense aromas of cherry, leather, tobacco and black pepper and it is bursting with cherry and blackberry fruit flavours with a cherry and pepper finish. This Pinot Noir is well balanced and has medium-light tannins and acidity and had more body that the Pinot Noir signature. (Tasted on March 29, 2017 at Taste Ontario)
