Delicious off dry sparkling wine, with short bubbles that burst "big", high acidity, aromas of honey, yellow plum, mineral , apple and pear. The palate features a nice lees taste of brioche with a slight balsamic note and fresh and lively taste of bright lemon juice. very drinkable and pleasant. It paired well with coppa di parma (due to herb notes), herb and garlic pita chips, apricot and rosemary crackers and plain kettle cooked potato chips. perfect to sip on its own as well.

This sparkling is made of traditional method (like Champagne).
It's a blend of Seyval Blanc and L'Acadie Blanc.
The bubble are medium and very persistent.
Aromas of lime, a little bit nuts and toasted bread and apple.
On the palate, this sparkling is fresh, medium-bodied and long.
Pair it with shellfish, cheese or take it like aperitif.
Serve it at 5-6 degrees.
Ready to drink.

Let's Celebrate! This sparkling is an explosion of bubbles, with refreshing aromas and flavours of citrus, apple, pear, nuttiness and a touch of yogurt. Great wine for white fish, fried calamari, and oysters.

This is a light gold sparkling, with good medium bubbles. There are some citrus, apple flavours, balanced with a medium acidity and a fresh zesty finish. Great bubbly from NS!

Itty-bitty-persistent-bubbles / green apple skins / mushroom / lemon / moussey texture with refreshing acidity.
Chevre on homemade crostinis with apple butter on the side.

A semi-sweet sparkling wine from Nova Scotia's beautiful Annapolis Valley. Sweet apple aromas , large bubbles and dominant red apple flavours.
great choice with a vanilla cake or trifle.

Domaine de Grand Pré Champlain Brut Sparkling Wine, Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada: Almond toasty with mouth-watering notes of green apples and lime zest. This wine is named after Samuel de Champlain who mapped Nova Scotia during the earliest French and Acadian settlements. The wine is a blend of Seyval Blanc and L'Acadie Blanc. A solidly-made bubbly that makes a terrific aperitif. 11.50% D 750 mL $29.50 Score: 88/100. May 12, 2022 Full Review
