A terrific, lovely white with floral and white peach notes. Lots of toasty oak. Summer day wine on a back deck or quiet dock. Close your eyes and breathe in happiness.

Chardonnay Viognier food pairings: baked brie and apricot coulee, salad greens with goat cheese pomegranate and cranberry, Feta cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This is a medium-yellow blend of chardonnay and viognier, both of which are detectable on the nose: buttery brioche, green apple, pear, tropical fruit and white flower. It has a slightly creamy texture with good acidity. A hint of oak lends nice toastiness. Quite enjoyable!
Warm peaches, white flowers and white toast; something very wholesome and enticing about all those aromas. Zuccardi's Chardonnay Viognier blend is reminiscent of a Sunday, summer afternoon and peach pie. The wine is full-bodied, robust and definitely well-priced. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
