Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is a tasty red with big grippy tannins, and a solid heady presence of alcohol and red fruit. Persistence of tart red currants and savoury with a medium long finish. Tasted 2016 vintage decanted 2h in Feb 2018. Pairs well with charcuterie platter. 89 points. Great value.
Presenting a fruity palate, with a balanced acidity, present but soft tannins and a well integrated wood, this ruby color wine is also characterized by a bouquet of raspberry, dry figs, strawberry, violets, mint and green tea, having a medium finish.
