Lemon zest and smoke -- so seductive. Amazing price. Zesty with mouth-watering juiciness for seafood and smoked fish. Oh yeah.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

This Sauv Blanc - Semillon blend from Western Australia has a mild nose that shows lanolin and slight grassiness followed by a palate with light tropical fruit, citrus and grassy notes softened by the Semmillon. Off-dry with a long citrus/grassy finish.
More citrus than grass in this classic Australian white wine blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The vines are planted on a hillside in the Ferguson Valley of southwest Western Australia. Fresh tropical notes and herbs. A portion is barrel fermented to add richness and dimension and creaminess. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
