William Hill 2017 is a well-priced Cabernet Sauvignon from California's north and central coast. Great balance on this brambly blackberry, red berry medium-bodied Cab Sauv. Great acidity for food, pair with burgers and ribs. Opens with jammy ripe blackberries and a decadent toasty oak finish. Terrific balance and a long finish on this Californian Cabernet with great restraint, yet not shy on flavour or character at all. Aromas of fleshy black plum and smoke. Supple, smooth and juicy. Pair with roast beef.
Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pizza with meat, pork tenderloin, rare beef steaks, roast duck.

Aromas of currant, blackberries, mocha, mint, and oaky smoke. Full bodied and smooth on the palate, with lots of plum and currant notes and a smoky finish. Enjoy with a grilled steak or prime rib.
